White Sands Full-Tang Camel Bone Fixed-Blade Knife
Clean, striking, and built with a quiet strength, White Sands draws its character from the pale gypsum dunes and endless horizons of southern New Mexico.
The handle is crafted from natural camel bone, selected for its warm ivory coloring and subtle organic markings. Like wind-shaped sand, the grain, tone, and small natural variations make each handle individually distinctive. Decorative mosaic pins, a brass-colored lanyard tube, and a single brass-colored handle pin add understated detail without taking away from the bone’s natural beauty.
Where the handle meets the blade, layered wood and metal inlays create a narrow band of desert color. These carefully fitted spacers form a warm transition between the pale camel bone and polished steel, recalling the red and gold light that settles over the dunes at sunset.
The polished 440c steel blade features a versatile drop-point profile with a strong, centered tip and a gently curved cutting belly. Its balanced geometry supports controlled slicing and a wide range of everyday outdoor cutting tasks. A pronounced finger guard helps separate the hand from the cutting edge, while full-tang construction carries the steel through the entire handle for a solid, substantial build.
Named after one of the Southwest’s most otherworldly landscapes, White Sands brings together natural material, polished steel, and rugged fixed-blade construction. A fitted brown sheath is included for protected storage and convenient carry.
Camel bone is a natural material. Variations in color, grain, and surface markings are part of the knife’s character and ensure that no two handles will look exactly alike.
